Devlog 2. Level & New movement.


This devlog is an update on levels and more movement.

  • Changed the movement entirely due to issues arising when using platform effectors and really anything else.
  • Added a double jump as the levels felt boring without a double jump.
  • Added wall jumping that doesn't really work as the player doesnt jump the direction they're facing.
  • All new level, this one introduces the movement mechanics to the player and also the goal.

There may have been a change of plans with the game, I would like to do a timed race like game with platforming elements. This change is a major influence on the movement changes and overall gameplay.
